Our Zoom 532nm, 1064 nm and dedicated 730 nm handpieces deliver ultra short pulses that break down unwanted pigment into smaller particles the body gradually clears. We select the wavelength according to the pigment being treated and your skin tone.

For acne scars, fine lines and uneven texture, Resolve 1064 nm delivers fractional energy beneath the skin’s surface to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Resolve Fusion 532 nm expands our options for treating suitable pigmentation concerns. This versatility allows us to address different concerns with a carefully selected treatment, rather than one approach for every complexion.

Your complimentary consultation begins with your skin concerns and what you hope to achieve. We assess your skin tone, pigmentation and texture, and review your skincare, treatment history and sun exposure. We explain which PicoWay handpieces may suit your skin, the sessions you may need and what results to expect. After providing protective eyewear, your specialist selects the PicoWay handpiece and settings suited to your skin and treatment goals. Depending on your plan, we target individual pigment spots, treat broader areas of uneven tone or use fractional Resolve technology to support collagen renewal. You may feel a light snapping or prickling sensation as the laser moves across the area. We monitor your skin’s response throughout, adjust treatment where needed and pause whenever you need a break.

We explain when to resume active skincare, makeup and activities involving heat.
