Reborn Laser Clinic Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 22 October 2026
At Reborn Laser Clinic, we believe in providing transparent information, personalized treatments, and a thoughtful client experience. These Terms & Conditions outline our treatment policies, booking requirements, payment conditions, and client responsibilities.
By accessing our website, you agree to the website-related terms outlined below. Appointments, purchases, and treatments are also subject to the applicable booking agreements, package conditions, and informed consent forms provided before the relevant service.
1. Our Services
Reborn Laser Clinic specializes in advanced laser treatments, including laser tattoo removal, permanent makeup removal, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, scar revision, stretch mark treatments, and selected pigmentation and vascular concerns.
We use the Candela PicoWay and GentleMax Pro Plus laser systems to provide individualized treatments based on skin characteristics, treatment history, suitability, and personal goals.
All services are subject to a professional assessment and relevant safety considerations.
2. Consultations and Treatment Eligibility
Complimentary consultations are available to help clients understand their treatment options, discuss their concerns, and receive personalized recommendations.
Treatment suitability depends on factors including skin tone, medical history, medications, previous treatments, skin conditions, and other relevant circumstances.
We reserve the right to request medical clearance, recommend alternative approaches, postpone appointments, or decline treatment when necessary for client safety.
A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended or performed.
3. Treatment Results and Expectations
At Reborn Laser Clinic, every treatment is personalized according to individual skin characteristics, treatment history, and goals.
Treatment outcomes vary, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.
The number of sessions required, degree of improvement, healing response, and final cosmetic outcome depend on factors including skin tone, treatment characteristics, underlying conditions, individual healing processes, and adherence to recommended care instructions.
Some clients may require additional sessions beyond the original estimate. Any treatment timelines or anticipated results discussed during consultation are provided as guidance rather than a guarantee.
Treatment fees are charged for the professional services performed and are not conditional on achieving a particular cosmetic outcome, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
4. Laser Tattoo Removal Results and Limitations
Laser tattoo removal is a gradual process that typically requires multiple sessions.
Complete tattoo removal is not guaranteed, regardless of the technology used or the number of treatments performed.
Individual results depend on several factors, including:
- Tattoo age and location.
- Ink colour, pigment composition, depth, and density.
- Professional or amateur tattoo application.
- Previous tattoo removal treatments.
- Skin tone and individual healing response.
- The body's ability to gradually clear fragmented pigment.
- Appropriate treatment intervals and aftercare.
Some tattoos may respond significantly, while others may retain visible pigment despite multiple treatments. Certain colours and pigment formulations may be more resistant to laser treatment.
Existing scarring, textural changes, or underlying skin irregularities may become more visible as tattoo pigment fades. Laser tattoo removal does not necessarily correct pre-existing tattoo-related scarring.
Additional sessions may be recommended based on treatment response, and the original estimate may change as progress is assessed.
Slower-than-expected fading, incomplete removal, residual pigment, or results that do not meet initial expectations do not automatically qualify a client for a refund, subject to applicable law and the relevant purchase agreement.
Clients will receive information about the treatment's expected benefits, limitations, and potential risks before proceeding.
5. Permanent Makeup Removal Results and Response
Permanent makeup and cosmetic tattoo removal can be unpredictable because pigments vary in composition, colour, depth, density, and response to laser treatment.
Treatment outcomes may differ between clients and between pigments within the same treatment area.
During treatment, pigment may:
- Fade gradually or unevenly.
- Shift in colour.
- Temporarily darken.
- Reveal previously concealed underlying tones.
- Show limited or no visible change.
Some cosmetic tattoo pigments may be particularly resistant to laser treatment.
The number of treatments required and final cosmetic outcome cannot be predicted or guaranteed.
Treatment fees are for the professional service provided and are not based on achieving a specific cosmetic outcome.
Once a session has been performed, payment for that treatment is considered final, except where otherwise required by law.
Limited fading, non-responsive pigment, unexpected pigment changes, or results that do not meet expectations do not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
These limitations are also addressed through separate permanent makeup removal consent documentation.
6. Treatment Risks and Possible Side Effects
All laser treatments carry potential risks and side effects, which vary depending on the procedure, treatment area, individual skin characteristics, and healing response.
Possible reactions may include:
- Temporary redness, swelling, or sensitivity.
- Discomfort during or after treatment.
- Bruising, blistering, or scabbing.
- Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.
- Burns or delayed healing.
- Infection.
- Scarring or changes in skin texture.
- Incomplete improvement or the need for additional treatments.
Some reactions may occur even when appropriate treatment techniques and aftercare instructions are followed.
Before treatment, clients will receive information about relevant risks, precautions, and expected recovery.
Separate informed consent documentation may be required depending on the service.
7. Pre-Treatment and Aftercare Responsibilities
Following all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions is essential to supporting safe healing, reducing the risk of complications, and achieving the best possible treatment response.
Clients are responsible for reviewing, understanding, and following the instructions provided by their Reborn specialist before and after each appointment.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may increase the risk of adverse reactions, including:
- Prolonged redness, swelling, or irritation.
- Blistering, scabbing, or delayed healing.
- Infection or other skin complications.
- Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.
- Scarring or changes in skin texture.
- Compromised treatment progress or results.
Depending on the procedure, instructions may include avoiding direct sun exposure, excessive heat, strenuous exercise, friction, tanning, and irritating skincare products during the recommended recovery period.
Clients should avoid picking, scratching, or prematurely removing scabs or blisters.
Any unexpected or concerning reaction should be reported promptly to the clinic. Clients should seek appropriate medical attention when necessary, particularly for severe or worsening symptoms.
Proper aftercare reduces preventable risks but cannot eliminate every possible complication.
Failure to follow instructions may contribute to adverse reactions or affect treatment outcomes. Any responsibility for a particular outcome will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Client Disclosure and Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health, medications, skin conditions, previous treatments, and other relevant circumstances.
Clients agree to inform their Reborn specialist of any changes that may affect treatment suitability before each appointment.
Withholding relevant medical or skin information may increase the risk of complications or affect treatment outcomes.
Clients must also review and complete applicable consultation forms, informed consent documents, and treatment acknowledgements before proceeding.
9. Appointment Bookings and Deposits
Reborn Laser Clinic uses Fresha for appointment booking and clinic management and is transitioning existing records from Phorest.
A $50 CAD deposit per applicable treatment service is required to secure treatment appointments.
The deposit is applied toward the scheduled treatment and deducted from the remaining balance at checkout.
The following exceptions apply:
- Complimentary consultations do not require a deposit.
- Eligible sessions that have already been paid for through a prepaid package do not require an additional deposit when correctly identified as prepaid.
Applicable booking and payment conditions will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.
10. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Our standard policy is as follows:
- Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: Clients may request a refund of their $50 deposit or transfer it toward another appointment.
- Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: The existing deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
- Late cancellation within 24 hours: The $50 deposit is forfeited, subject to applicable law.
- Missed appointment or no-show: The $50 deposit is forfeited, subject to applicable law.
No additional percentage-based late cancellation or no-show fee applies under the standard policy.
Prepaid package appointments remain subject to their applicable booking agreements and any conditions disclosed before confirmation.
For complete details, please review our separate Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
11. Unpaid Appointment Reservations
Appointments requiring a deposit must be confirmed through the applicable payment process.
For appointments created by our team or through supported Fresha booking channels, reservations may be automatically cancelled if the required deposit is not paid within two hours of booking.
This condition does not apply to complimentary consultations or eligible prepaid sessions correctly exempted from deposit requirements.
Appointments cancelled due to non-payment may be booked again, subject to availability.
12. Package & Refund Policy
Treatment packages and completed single treatment sessions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a client chooses not to complete a treatment package, any eligible remaining unused value may be applied as clinic credit toward another eligible service at Reborn Laser Clinic.
Once a treatment has been performed, payment for that session is considered final, subject to applicable law.
This includes circumstances where:
- Results vary from initial expectations.
- Progress is slower than anticipated.
- Additional treatments are recommended.
- Complete tattoo or pigment removal is not achieved.
- The desired cosmetic outcome is not achieved.
Clinic credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or refunds, except where required by law.
Any difference in price between the original package value and the newly selected service is the client's responsibility.
The application of unused package value is subject to the original purchase agreement, service eligibility, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Prepaid Treatment Packages
Prepaid packages include the services and number of sessions specified at the time of purchase.
Packages do not guarantee complete tattoo removal, permanent hair removal, full resolution of a skin concern, or any other specific treatment outcome.
Additional treatment sessions may be necessary depending on individual response.
Eligible unused package value may be considered for clinic credit according to the Package & Refund Policy.
Clients redeeming prepaid sessions remain responsible for following appointment, preparation, aftercare, and treatment suitability requirements.
14. Laser Hair Removal Shaving Preparation & Fee Policy
All laser hair removal treatment areas must be thoroughly shaved 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, unless otherwise instructed by your Reborn provider.
Shaving helps reduce unnecessary heating of hair above the skin's surface while leaving the follicle intact for treatment.
Clients who arrive inadequately shaved and require shaving assistance will be charged an additional $50 shaving fee.
This fee applies to both individual treatments and prepaid treatment packages and is not included in the original treatment price.
If extensive shaving is required or there is insufficient time to complete the treatment safely, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
15. Treatment Photography and Media Consent
Treatment photographs and videos may be collected with appropriate consent to document progress, evaluate treatment response, and support individualized care.
Consent for clinical documentation is separate from consent for marketing.
Public use of client photographs, videos, testimonials, likeness, voice, or treatment results requires appropriate authorization.
Clients may choose to:
- Authorize identifiable photography or media for marketing.
- Authorize non-identifying media, subject to the agreed limitations.
- Decline promotional media use entirely.
Participation in promotional photography is voluntary and does not affect eligibility to receive treatment.
16. Pricing and Payments
All prices are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable HST and additional charges will be disclosed as required.
Payment is due according to the conditions associated with the relevant appointment, service, or package agreement.
Prices and promotions may change prospectively. Changes do not override existing purchase agreements or mandatory consumer rights.
17. Financing
Where available, clients may apply for financing through independent third-party providers, including Medicard.
Financing approval, interest rates, fees, repayment obligations, and other credit conditions are determined by the financing provider.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of their financing agreement.
Reborn Laser Clinic does not guarantee financing approval.
18. Website Information and Intellectual Property
Information provided on our website is intended for general educational purposes and does not replace an individualized consultation or medical advice when required.
Original website content, branding, photographs, graphics, and other protected materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without appropriate permission.

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, technology, clinic procedures, or applicable laws.
Updated terms will be published on our website.
Changes will not retroactively remove existing contractual rights or mandatory legal protections.
20. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws of Ontario and Canada.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, legal remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.
